Installation and maintenance of more than 5,000 digital menu boards across Europe
We tendered to take over the supply, installation and maintenance of Subway’s digital menu boards throughout the UK and Europe. The brief was to take over the management and support of more than 500 restaurants installed to date and to install digital menu boards and support these in a further 5,000 restaurants. We were also asked to support an interim period between suppliers and identify our Europe-wide installation and support capability to take the contract on a five-year rolling programme.
What we provided
We won the contract by highlighting our European network of installation partners and distribution channels to provide both the installation and next business day support. We successfully delivered installations to all parts of Europe, ensuring installations occurred on time every time, so as not to impact store openings. We seamlessly set up a knowledgeable, multi-lingual dedicated project support team and appointed installation partners. We engaged and entered into trade agreements with distribution channels to ensure continuity.
