Will the install crew be local and local language speaking?

Yes. We only use vetted and approved installation teams who are local to the country in question and who speak the language.

Do you install digital signage out of standard working hours?

Yes. Our goal is to minimise disruption to your daily operations so we will work with you to agree an installation programme that works for you. This could mean carrying out work in private areas during busy times and working in customer areas when your premises are closed or quiet.

Can you provide structural calculations?

Yes. Our engineers will help you to determine which products are suitable for the installation site. Factors like load and wind resistance will be calculated prior to agreeing which solution is right for you so you can ensure your digital display will be safe and built to last.

Do your engineers complete installation sign offs?

Yes. All our display installations are thoroughly checked as part of our quality assurance programme. You will receive a signed confirmation that the installation meets the required standards on completion of this check.

How long will it take to install my new digital screen?

Installation times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Most single-unit installations take less than a day but larger, more complex projects may take several days.

When is the best time of day for my installation to occur?

The ideal time for the installation of menu boards and TV screens is close to the opening day but before trading begins. This is due to the higher likelihood of both power and internet connection being set up at the location and to avoid accidental damage.

When can I have the engineer attend to complete a site survey?

What is the warranty on digital screens?
