Enhancing easyCoffee's Ordering Experience with Digital Menu Boards

The Project

easyCoffee, a member of the easyfamily of brands including easyJet, easyHotel, easyGym, and easyCar, operates eight coffee stores across the UK and aims to expand to 100 locations within the next three years. Their mission is to deliver affordable, fairtrade high-quality coffee to busy customers on the go.
The Orpington branch sought a solution to modernise their menu displays and streamline the customer ordering process. They approached us for a cutting-edge digital solution that would align with their goals of efficiency and modernity.

What we provided

We installed four sleek black screens at the Orpington branch, each offering 4K Ultra High Definition to vividly display easyCoffee's enticing offers. These dynamic Menu Boards significantly enhance the visual appeal of the store and engage customers more effectively.
To manage the content seamlessly, we collaborated with NowSignage, a premier content management system (CMS) provider. Their robust CMS allows easyCoffee to update their Digital Menu Boards at any time of day, ensuring the displays are always current and relevant. Additionally, the system integrates with easyCoffee's point-of-sale (POS) system, facilitating synchronised updates and improving overall operational efficiency.
