Subway is one of the most famous sandwich brands in the world, with stores in over 98 countries, and over 2500 restaurants in the UK alone.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Subway for many years, introducing Digital Menu Boards to their restaurants and helping them to implement the ‘Fresh Forward’ movement across their stores.
To date, our team has successfully installed over 6,400 Digital Menu Boards for Subway to 1600 restaurants across the UK and Europe. These Ultra High Definition screens were introduced to provide more dynamic, eye-catching graphics reflecting the Subway Product Quality whilst allowing restaurateurs the convenience of instant changes to reflect the time of day, such as breakfast and lunchtime offerings, as well as showcase different promotions available which can easily be switched on and off.
These Digital Menu Boards were installed on a contract over five years. The initial brief was to take over the management and support of more than 500 restaurants installed to date and to install Digital Menu Boards and support these in a further 5,000 restaurants. We were also asked to support Subway for an interim period between suppliers and identify our Europe-wide installation and support capability to take the contract on a five-year rolling program.
To ensure the successful rollout, we set up a knowledgeable, multi-lingual dedicated project support team and appointed trusted installation partners. We’re thrilled with every installation our team oversaw and installed.

We’ve just recently had Digital Menu Boards installed by Anyplace Media in 3 of our Subway’s across the West of Scotland and Glasgow already, with the aim to have them installed in at least another 3 stores completed by the first quarter of this year.
We were working on a strict timeframe to reopen our stores during our ‘Fresh Forward’ remodels to which suitable arrangements were made and deadlines met. The access portal is easy to navigate with the added benefit of seamless integration between stores for multi-unit owners.
